Directions Use whenever heat therapy applications are desirable for personal comfort, or as recommended by your physician for the relief of pain. Select Heat Switch Instructions: 1. To turn pad on, push button to select a heat setting selection. The selected setting will illuminate. While the pad is turned on, heat setting selections may be changed at any time. 2. To turn pad off at any time, push button until all indicator lights are off. The 60 minute timer will automatically turn the pad off after 60 minutes. Caution: Consult your physician before using this product. Instructions for Use: Dry Heat: Slip cloth cover over the heating pad. Plug into any 120 Volt AC electrical outlet and activate pad as instructed on back of box. Moist Heat: Saturate sponge with warm tap water. Wring out excess water. Place heating pad and sponge pad inside removable cloth cover. Plug into any 120 Volt AC electrical outlet and set control to medium. After pad warms up. control may be adjusted to another setting.
