You may need to adjust the sleeve position a few inches up or down your arm to get desired compression and comfort. Inches Around Elbow: Medium - 8.5-10 inches. Large - 10-12 inches. Extra Large: 12-14 inches. Machine wash cold. Delicate cycle with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, delicate. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use dryer sheets.
